WELL, sometimes the best laid plans go awry!  Several members attempted to visit Craig Cella's hives near Bald Eagle State Park last weekend but were never able to find the right location!  Something was amiss with our directions and many apologies for any wasted efforts!  We'll clear up the confusion and perhaps try again in the future.

Next meeting and picnic:

Saturday, July 21, 2:00p  CCBA meeting and Picnic:   Join us at Larry Adam's apiary at 100 Hillcrest Street, Philipsburg, PA 16866.  Larry has been keeping bees for over 40 years, having begun his beekeeping journey at age 16 with a cutout.  He is interested in sharing his experiences with Russian hybrids in his apiary this year and catching swarms.  Larry would also like to welcome everyone to participate in a POTLUCK PICNIC during the meeting.  He will have place settings available, the club will supply pulled pork and rolls, water and lemonade - please bring a side dish or dessert to share, camp chair if you have it;  come see his apiary and stay to talk BEES  :-)

Hope to see folks there!

Dee
