At David Dunklebarger's apiary, 177 Stevenson Road, Port Matilda. This is NOT in Port Matilda! This is in Waddle. When traveling from State College, going toward Skytop, take the Waddle exit. Shortly after passing the Gray's Woods clover leaf, you'll see the green road sign on the right for Stevenson Rd. Travel along this road about a half mile till you see the S curve sign. The apiary location is in the middle of this S curve, on the right. David will be sharing his hives with us as well as a feral colony in his shed that has been observed and researched for a couple decades! Should be an interesting afternoon!

Craig Cella,
Schenks Cemetary, Howard, PA. This location is at Bald Eagle State Park
on Dowdy Hole Road, near the beginning waters of the lake. If you get
to the main entrance to Bald Eagle State Park,
you've gone about 2 miles too far! Traveling from Milesburg on 150,
you have 2 choices: 1) take a Right off 150 onto Nursery Rd. At the T
in the road, take a Left and travel along this road for almost 1 mile
till you get to a Left turn in the road AND a
latched gate ahead. The apiary is behind the latched gate. 2) take
the Right AFTER Nursery Road. At the T in the road you'll see a latched
gate to your left.
The apiary is behind this latched gate. Craig will
be sharing with us at this apiary about his
system for keeping bees on a trailer!
Hope to see many of you at the meetings and hope your bees are faring well!
